PT. INTERMASA is a printing company that established since 1972. Compliance of globalization era, strict competition in business and the objective to keep the continuity of good quality, committed PT. INTERMASA to “become the part of international standard printing business”. This commitment become a strong wills that effort to be realized, by the cooperation of all staff, director and employees.



Policy to become the part of International Standard Printing Business

We are PT. INTERMASA, as an agent of printing industry that include pre-printing process, Print and bookbinding, determined to become the part of International Standard Printing Business, with the commitment:
 
  1. Consistently applying the Quality Management System ISO 9001 – 2000.
  2. Upgrading human resources continuously.
  3. Try to give the best of products and services for the satisfaction of costumer.
  4. Improvement of every aspects of work continuously.

To realize it, the company arranged a procedure that regulates all activities, interrelated to those 4 factors. PT. INTERMASA maintains, integrates, documents and protects the Quality Management System, and all internal management systems to guarantee the quality of the product.

The implementation of the integrated Quality Management System started from the making of Level I Document, as a guideline in the making of another related documents (Level II, III and IV document). The purpose of this system is to place the quality of products and services on the first place. Evaluation of the system held continuously, to measure the effectiveness, and the possibility of improvement of better system. This means to:


  • Make sure the best quality of products and services, for the satisfaction of costumers. This thing becomes the priority in determining and arranging the Quality Management System that will be used.

  • Explain the sequence and interaction of process, and impact of the process itself to the factor of product’s quality.

  • Explain the criteria, and ascertainment method needed, and measure every important process to assure the effectiveness.

  • Provide and explain every tools, personnel, method and another information that needs on the operational and monitoring process.

  • All activities in order to reach the target constant on certain relevant level.


STATEGIC PLAN

Vision, Mission and Policy

Strategic plan that formed as long term planning (5 years plan), annual activity (Activity Plan) and other long / short term policies was arranged bye the director, based on references of every party, internal and external.

Strategic Plan was arranged, in order to realize the objectives, and to establish the direction on certain time. These things then be elaborated and communicated to certain relevant level.

Vision and Mission of PT. INTERMASA was arranged based on the commitment of every part of the company, director and employees. This vision and mission will be observed every year.

Mission
1. Increase the quality of the product to fulfill the satisfaction of the costumer.
2. Improve the management system ISO 9001 – 2000 consistently.
3. To build the professional employees, and solid teamwork.
4. Increase the welfare of employees continuously.

SAs a basic of all activities, and the commitment to become the agent of international scale business, was arranged a policy that include the four factors on the Quality Management System.
That policy then explained to all employees, and re-observed, to be adjusted with the rules and regulation.
The observation held regularly, at least once a year on the Meeting Management Review.
